ICEPAW Aztec pure dryfood with salmon & krill
ICEPAW Aztec pure is a high premium dry food and does not contain any cereals. The recipe with high-quality salmon, Arctic krill, highly digestible potatoes and the power corn amaranth is specially suitable for food-sensitive dogs from the age of 12 months. The processed krill lives in large swarms in the cold and clear seas of the Antarctic. The small mini shrimps feed on tiny algae and are rich in valuable omega-3 fatty acids. To support a healthy intestinal flora, the High Premium dry food also contains prebiotic inulin, which is the nutritional basis for important, healthy intestinal bacteria.
ICEPAW Aztec is also suitable as part of an exclusion diet to identify food intolerances or allergies. As a grain substitute, Aztec pure contains the power corn amaranth. The small grains surpass most cereals in terms of nutritional value. Even the indigenous people of South America celebrated it as a sacred corn. The seeds and leaves of the plant were among the staple foods of the Incas and Aztecs, who were known for their robust health. Amaranth is rich in calcium, iron and magnesium, and also contains valuable fatty acids, plenty of fibre and protein. The vegetable protein contained in amaranth is also very easy to digest and digestible.
